He has experience as a Computer Systems Application Programmer, as a Computer Systems Analyst, as a Systems and Project Administrator, as a Systems Supervisor and Manager, as a Database Developer and Administrator, and as a Local and Wide Area network Administrator.  Also, Herschel has several years of experience as a Developer and Administrator of Web Technologies.  

In addition Herschel has experience as an Information Technology Consultant to Management staff, and as an IT Trainer and Facilitator to all levels of staff.

Wade J Solomon - Vice President, SolomonComputing - Wade has over 10 years of experince in the Information Technology field.  He has experience as an Information Systems Project Manager ( He is certified as a PMP (Project Managent Professional).  He has experience as Information Systems Business/Process Analyst, as an SAP Business Warehouse Analyst, as a Business and Web Site Development Consultant, and as a Network Support Administrator and a PC Support and Installation Technician.

In addition, Wade Has experience as a Technical Trainer and Teacher (He currently teaches Information Technology classes at The University of Phoenix and Kaplan University), and He is currently working on his PHD in Information Technology.
